Come to the farm for a free workshop led by Orkestai’s Director of Operations, Josh Marcus. Josh will show how Orkestai creates the farm’s incredibly fertile soil using only the local bio-waste stream and farm-grown plants and without any machinery, digging or tilling. Time permitting, he will give a demonstration of one of the best ways a small farm or large garden can direct seed hundreds and thousands of seedlings in just a matter of minutes.
